Benefits of Climbing at The Bunker

The Bunker experience is designed to develop life skills, provide a great exercise, and is packed with fun that guarantees smiles all around. Experienced climbers can take on our more challenging colours like ‘Orange’. For those less experienced or a bit hesitant, beginner-friendly colours like ‘Purples’ provide simple shapes and holds to start with. Climbers can ascend to whatever height they’re comfortable with, often finding their confidence grows significantly during the session.

Safety is paramount at The Bunker. Our walls are no more than 4.3 meters off the ground so there’s no complicated ropes or harnesses we have nice thick soft matting. Achieving new heights provides climbers with immense satisfaction, helping them conquer fears and complete challenges.

Sessions Overview

Each exclusive session lasts 60 or 90 minutes, which includes a safety briefing. We provide a comprehensive pack that includes insurance details, risk assessments, and a link to our safety waiver. Our skilled instructors are on hand to assist climbers throughout the session. We accommodate up to 25 (more can be booked on request) climbers per session.

Scout & Guide Climbing Badge Sessions

Pricing Details

For exclusive use of our arena from Monday to Friday during term-time, the cost is £8.50 per climber (inc VAT). The minimum number for an Exclusive session is 10 climbers, and the maximum is 25. All prices include participation in all our Challenges and a complimentary tea and coffee for group leaders. Payments can be made via BACS or credit card. We operate a 7-day cancellation policy and will confirm the final numbers with you one week prior to your visit. An invoice will be issued based on these numbers 7 days before your session.
