At The Bunker, our weekly Pilates sessions are open to both climbers and non-climbers, members and non-members, making them a perfect way to build resilience and mobility in a supportive, inclusive environment.

Climbing places unique demands on your body—especially your core, shoulders, hips, and grip. Pilates complements climbing by:
- Improving core strength – critical for body tension and stability on the wall

Pilates for Non-Climbers
You don’t have to be a climber to enjoy or benefit from Pilates! It’s suitable for all fitness levels and perfect if you’re:

- Wanting a weekly opportunity to de-stress and focus on your wellbeing
How it Works
- Pick your class:
Mondays 19:00–20:00 or Thursdays 09:30–10:30 – open to all, no membership needed! - Book your spot online:

Do I need to be a climber (or super fit) to join?
Not at all! Our classes are for everyone—total beginners, climbers, and non-climbers alike. All fitness levels welcome.
What should I wear and bring?
Comfy sportswear you can move in, and a water bottle. Mats and all equipment are provided.
How big are the classes?
We keep it small—maximum 6 participants—so you get plenty of attention and a relaxed vibe.
Can I just try one class before booking a block?
Absolutely! Book a single session to see if it’s right for you. Block bookings can be arranged after your first class.
What’s the cancellation policy?
Cancel more than 24 hours before your class for a full refund. Less than 24 hours? We’ll try to fill your spot, but late cancellations are non-refundable.
Is Pilates suitable if I have an injury or health condition?
Let us know in advance—our instructor can adapt exercises, but always check with your GP if you’re unsure.
Where do classes take place?
Right here at The Bunker, in our dedicated studio space.
Is there parking available?
Yes, there’s free on street parking on South Street and nearby roads.
Can I bring a friend?
Of course—just book multiple spots in the same session!
